Oh my stars!
I finally finished the book and it took me, what? Several months? I read the book after seeing the movie and then continued reading long after. The actors in my head were playing the characters depicted in the book script. I was thankful for some insights that we could have missed in the movie- like the secret thoughts or the emotions that we should have felt during a couple of scenes were present in the screenplay.
I was confused in the movie about some facial expressions so I was happy that Rowling addressed those in the book and I apologize but I can’t remember those scenes at the moment. I haven’t seen the movie in a while and I only had seen it once.
Anyway, my favorite character is Newt! (the actor did him justice).
I recommend this book/screenplay to Harry Potter fans and to those who like fire birds and other fantastic beasts.
