AUTHOR INTERVIEW FRIDAY – WITH Justin Scott

Hello! Today with us we have the amazing Justin Scott! *Applause*

Angelina: Introduce yourself please.

Justin: My name is Justin and I’ve written books under a variety of pen names.

Angelina: Did someone inspire you to become an author?

Justin: I drew inspiration from my frustration. I always felt that there was something missing, something lacking and was inspired to take matters into my own hands and imagination, creating what you may know and love today.

Angelina: How long does it take for you to write a story?

Justin: If I stay focused I can do a full novel in less than a month.

Angelina: Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?

Justin: My brain. Truly a minefield of historical data and fictional escape.

Angelina: What does your family think of your writing?

Justin: My family doesn’t know any of my books, except my aunt on my biological father’s side of family. She bought copy of it and waiting to hear what she thought of it.

Angelina: How many books have you written? Which is your favorite?

Justin: I’ve written and published five of them. I don’t have a favorite one, because there all a part of me.

Angelina: Who’s your favorite character you created?

Justin: Myself through the poetry I’ve written that I’m getting ready to publish. Those words are both me, and at the same time many sides of me.

Angelina: Who’s your least favorite character you created?

Justin: Haven’t had a least favorite character yet. All of them have been fun.

Angelina: Do you hear from your readers much? What kinds of things do they say?

Justin: I don’t hear from them at all. Even if I did to me it wouldn’t make a difference. Writing is a journey of self discovery and isolation all wrapped into one. As such the path to written creativity is one that only we as the author should care with what we have to say about the novels we produce.

Angelina: What do you think makes a good story?

Justin: Being honest with what you write.

Angelina: Tell us about your WIP.

Justin: It’s about a college freshman who goes on a self journey of being a slut.

Angelina: Thank you for hanging out with us. Please share your social links where readers can follow you.

Justin: I don’t have any lol.

See you next Friday with next Author – M.A. Abraham!
