The cover is awesome and eye-catchy. Has a magical quality and I love the colors which is why I chose to read the novel. It’s a multiple point of view story line with the main characters of being Anna and Shane. It goes through the ups and downs of their relationship while the readers learn about the magical world that includes vampires, werewolves, panthers, witches, and hybrids.
It takes a while for the story line to open up. I only started getting into it maybe on chapter 13. However, it’s not too bad because it is a series and still on going. I guess what I didn’t like is that Anna doesn’t want Shane to know something and in next chapter he finds out. I think that messed with the pacing of the story.
However, as more characters were added, the author added great details into the story line which made me want to continue reading on to book 2 and 3. Waiting for book 4 to come out.
I recommend this novel for those who like reading about soulmates, romance, hybrids, and revenge.
